Welcome to Tanzania! Our Safari guide from our office will pick you up at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport and transfer you to your hotel in Karatu town for relaxation and overnight. The drive takes approximately 3 hours through vibrant local villages and coffee plantations. If time allows, you can experience a complimentary city tour with our safari guide to explore the local culture and markets.
After breakfast, we depart for the Central Serengeti Park for wildlife sighting. We travel through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying lunch in a suitable place inside the park. In the afternoon, we continue the game drive activity before reaching the camp. Serengeti is world-renowned for its great migrating herds of zebra, antelope, and wildebeest. Be ready to see resident predators—leopard, cheetah, and lion—fulfilling their role in the circle of life across these iconic endless plains.
Get up early and enjoy breakfast, then we drive to Northern Serengeti around the Mara River where the Great Migration is happening. Our safari guide will use expert tracking to find the best spot points. The Great Migration is the largest herd movement of wildebeests, Zebra, and other animals on earth. Witnessing them crossing the Mara River—which is full of large Nile Crocodiles—is a dramatic, once-in-a-lifetime experience. The best time for this specific northern crossing is from July to early October every year. We will spend these days deeply immersed in this wildlife spectacle.
After breakfast, depart to Ngorongoro for a full game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater while carrying lunch boxes. This park constitutes the largest uninterrupted volcanic caldera in the world and is one of the natural wonders of Africa. With about 30,000 large mammals resident all year round (such as buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and the rare black rhino) and varieties of birds like flamingos and eagles, you are guaranteed to see an incredible density of animals within a short amount of time.
After a relaxed breakfast and a short tour of Karatu town for shopping, transfer to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Our driver in Zanzibar will be waiting at the airport for a private transfer to your beach resort. These next few days are dedicated entirely to beach relaxation. Discover Zanzibar's best beaches with spectacular sunsets, palm-fringed shorelines, turquoise waters, and colorful coral reefs. Enjoy the garden views and the hospitality of Villa Kiva Resort.
Enjoy your final breakfast on the "Spice Island." We will pick you up on time from your resort and transfer you back to Zanzibar Airport for your flight home, where our services conclude.
